• Google Ads & Digital Campaign Strategy

Details, timelines, and deliverables for each project will be outlined in the proposal or contract agreed upon.

3. Project Terms

• Work begins only after receiving the initial agreed-upon advance or full payment.

• The client must provide all necessary materials (logos, text, photos, brand info, etc.) on time.

• Revisions are limited to the number specified in the agreement. Extra revisions may incur additional charges.

• Delays in providing content or approvals from the client side may extend the project timeline, hence a fixed time period will be agreed by both the parties & full payment has to be scheduled immediately after the completion of the timeline agreed upon.

• The Company will be responsible & complete the project within discussed timeline.

4. Payment Terms

• All pricing is quoted in [INR/USD] and is subject to applicable taxes.

• Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit card, or payment gateway (if provided).

• Any overdue payment beyond 15 days may result in suspension of ongoing work or services.

• For monthly services (e.g., social media or ads), billing is done in advance of each month.

5. Intellectual Property

• Final deliverables become the client’s property after full payment is received.

• AakarX retains the right to showcase the work in our portfolio, website, or social channels unless the client explicitly requests otherwise.

• Raw files (e.g., PSDs, AI, footage) are not included unless agreed upon in writing and may be subject to an extra fee.

6. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide accurate and timely information needed to complete the project

• Review and approve deliverables within reasonable timelines

• Ensure they have rights to all content provided (e.g., photos, logos, text)

• Understand that performance (SEO, sales, reach) may vary based on market and audience response

7. Refunds & Cancellations

• Once work has started, refunds are not possible for completed work or services rendered.

• If a project is cancelled midway by the client, a partial refund may be considered at our discretion based on work completed.

• Monthly services can be cancelled with 7-day written notice before the next billing cycle.

8. Limitation of Liability

AakarX is not liable for:

• Loss of business, revenue, or data resulting from delays, third-party issues, or misuse of the website/services.

• Any damages arising from external platforms (e.g., Instagram, Shopify, Google Ads) beyond our control.

• Temporary downtime of hosted platforms or third-party tools.

9. Confidentiality

We respect client confidentiality. All information, strategies, and content shared with us during the project will be kept private and not disclosed without consent, unless legally required.

10. Modifications to Terms

AakarX reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after any change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Jurisdiction
